Through drama and theatre, Kas di Teater di Teatro Bulabanda, works to contribute to a better Curaçao and to help shape the Yu di Kórsou, who learns to see himself and his community with a critical eye. We are looking for young people who create opinions and who do not simply accept what happens, but who analyze and voice their point of view.
Kas di Teater is a training center for young people up to 24 years with a focus on art as an instrument for the progress of Curaçao. We create opportunities for young people to develop their talents, not only to have a career in theater, but also to form a Yu di Kòrsou who can face his future with creativity, courage, and commitment.
Our mission
Our mission is to train and educate young talent to develop their skills in theatre, art, writing and critical thinking. Through drama and theater, we stimulate the curiosity, imagination and reinforce the capacity to think deeply and express emotion from visual action to stage. Kas di Teater is a safe place where young people can explore, experiment, fail, get back up and try again. This involves taking risks.

We believe in theater as a tool to change and improve Curaçao. We use theater to face the difficult questions, to create a space for dialogue with critical insights and to stimulate finding solutions together.
